Six pathways to European residency.

Europe has six active residency-by-investment programs. Each differs on investment structure, tax treatment, family inclusion, and citizenship timeline. We hold working expertise in all six, which is the only way to tell you which one fits your situation and which to rule out. The recommendation answers to you, because your fee is the only fee we take.

An application moves paperwork. A strategy protects a decision.

Most firms in this market are intermediaries, paid by the funds and developers they place you into. We are advisors, paid only by you. That changes every recommendation we make.

01

We earn no commissions from investment funds or property developers.

Aegir Global is paid only by our clients. No referral arrangements, no fund subscriptions, no developer partnerships. So when we steer you toward Hungary over Portugal, or Cyprus over Malta, it is because the analysis points there for your situation. Not because someone paid for the placement.

02

We have managed every stage of this process, for every type of client profile.

A European residency application spans immigration law, investment compliance, document authentication, biometric scheduling, tax structuring, and coordination with several government bodies, sometimes across several languages. We run all of it as one workflow. You get a single point of contact, a clear timeline, and updates at every milestone. The complexity stays with us.

03

Your financial situation, your family structure, and your objectives remain confidential.

Cross-border investment and residency planning carries real privacy requirements. Every engagement is governed by strict confidentiality protocols. We do not discuss client matters externally. We do not disclose client identities. We advise, manage, and deliver quietly.

04

100% application success rate. If your application is rejected, we refund our advisory fee in full.

Our record is not a marketing claim. It reflects how we assess: we do not accept clients we cannot serve, and we do not submit applications we are not confident will succeed. Every eligible client who has completed our process has received their permit. If an application is rejected, we refund our advisory fee in full.

The process, from your first conversation to permit in hand.

Three stages. One team. Full accountability from start to finish.

Step 1.

Confidential Discovery

We map your objectives before we say a word about any program.

Every engagement begins with a private consultation. We map your situation in full: family structure, tax exposure, travel needs, investment capacity, timeline, citizenship goals, business interests, and any prior immigration history. Only once we have the complete picture do we assess which programs fit your profile, and which do not.

Confidential discovery meeting between adviser and client
Step 2.

Program Selection

We recommend one program, or in some cases, a combination of two.

We then present a precise recommendation: the program or programs best matched to your objectives, investment capacity, and timeline. We explain the full rationale, what each program offers, where the risks lie, what the process requires, and what to expect at each stage. You receive a written assessment you can share with your tax advisors, legal counsel, or family office.

Step 3.

End-to-End Management

We handle the documentation, the submissions, the liaison, and the delivery.

Once a program is selected and instruction confirmed, we take ownership of the full process: document collection and authentication, investment structuring with your advisors, application preparation and submission, biometric scheduling, and status tracking throughout. When your permit is issued, we deliver it, and stay available for any renewal, extension, or second-program question that follows.

Ho Chi Minh City Furniture Exporter Secures Hungarian Residency with a €250,000 Fund Investment for His Family

Do T. built a furniture and home goods manufacturing business in Ho Chi Minh City that now ships to buyers across Germany, France, and the Netherlands. With most of his order volume coming from Europe and two children he hopes to educate there, he wanted residency that gave the family Schengen mobility without forcing him to relocate or step back from the company he runs daily. He chose Hungary's Guest Investor Residence Permit for its low threshold and its absence of any minimum-stay requirement, and received his permit in 2025.

Kumar P. runs a distribution and logistics company in Nairobi that moves fast-moving consumer goods across Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. His business depends on regular travel to European suppliers and trade fairs, and the time and uncertainty of repeated short-stay visa applications had become a genuine cost to the company. Hungary's Guest Investor Residence Permit fit his timeline and his capital plan, and he received his permit in 2025.
